The staff were friendly and helpful.Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable.It was lovely having tea, coffee and biscuits in the room when we arrived.Breakfast is cooked fresh to order.Evening meals in the pub are also cooked to order, very reasonably priced and very large portion size.Good tasty pub food with plenty of options.Would recommend booking a table for a weekend evening as the pub is very popular.Nice outside play area too. - M

Lovely location, clean, spacious rooms,friendly service and great food- especially the full English breakfast!They even took our breakfast order the night before so that it was ready early and we had time to eat before leaving in the morning, as we were on a schedule.Cannot fault this lovely place, and would definitely come again. - Helen D
